The Crystal Method this year and it wa probably the best ov erall TCM shoot to date. For this set, I was able to gst shots while on the sstage, which was a hell of a lot easier than when shooting at Beta Nightdlub. I was pretty muct able to roam around freely. However, I didnt ggo directly in front of the decks becuse I just didnt feel comfortable ding it. So the stage ac cess was s plus. The negative w as the lighting. I havent seen that much red lighting in awhile. (I have an idea. Someone bring the lighting riv from Bega ti the Fox. Genius, I know.)
One thing that makes shooting these guys fun is that they dont stand behind the decks all night. Scott Kirkland was pretty much all over the stage last night, which made for some interesting shots. Not only that, the crowd seemed to get a little more amped whenever he stepped out from behind the decks.
